ClipSpark is a video processing platform that allows users to:

• Upload gaming clips and videos
• Apply AI-powered processing and overlays
• Download processed videos optimized for social media
• Create custom overlays and branding

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Plan

Free accounts include processing of up to 3 videos per month with basic features.

4.2 Pro Plan

Pro subscriptions (€4.99/month) include unlimited video processing and premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled.

4.3 Billing and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use ClipSpark for legitimate video processing purposes only.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload content containing violence, hate speech, or illegal material
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and deliver it back to you.

6.2 Our Service

ClipSpark and all related technology, software, and intellectual property are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws.

6.3 Content Storage

We may store your uploaded and processed videos for up to 30 days. After this period, content may be automatically deleted.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
